ATTITUDES AND DRIVING BEHAVIOR FACTORS ON THE TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS AMOUNG YOUNG MOTORCYCLIST IN SURABAYA CITY

The majority of traffic accidents in Surabaya are dominated by motorcycles and drivers which whom mostly were teenagers This study aims to examine the relationship between attitudes, driving behavior, among young motorcyclist Surabaya. used a primary dataset 435 motorcyclists from 17to 25-year-old. uses structural equation modelling approach determine attitudes towards risky accidents. behavior parameters divided into six parameters: errors, speed violations, control safety stunts. results this indicate that all significantly influenced driver's attitude behavior. In have significant effect on errors violations.
